Key Responsibilities

• Support sales manager in processing orders, entering orders, and managing customer and partner profiles in the system
• Make sure you're well-prepared for your visits to the customer's factory and supplier's factory in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas like Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An as needed.
  • You may be required to travel to locations such as Hai Phong and Hanoi for business trips, as well as overseas if necessary.
• Compose, update, and edit business documents such as bids, quotes, contracts, and other administrative documents
• Receive and resolve customer feedback related to business operations and production
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Our goal as a B2B trade agency is to ensure business satisfaction.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in business, international trade, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills required
• Proficiency in a third foreign language (such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
